- course is not one of the excluded programs, including Master of Psychology (Clinical), Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Master of Teaching (Primary and Secondary), Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, Master of Social Work (Qualifying), Master of Nursing (Pre-registration), Doctor of Medicine, and any applicable double degree containing an excluded program
- not receiving another scholarship, sponsorship, bursary or discount for the same course, excluding stipend scholarships
- transfer students are ineligible

Humanitarian Scholarship

- Holds Temporary Humanitarian Stay Visa subclass 449, Temporary Protection Visa subclass 785, Temporary Humanitarian Visa subclass 786, Safe Haven Enterprise Visa subclass 790, or eligible Bridging Visa A or E with a pending protection or asylum application
- remains on the applicable visa
- not eligible for a Commonwealth Supported Place or assistance
- enrolled or offered an eligible UOW postgraduate coursework degree at an Australian campus for 2027
- not receiving another scholarship, sponsorship, bursary or discount
- transfer students are ineligible

Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship
Open for 2027A merit-based tuition scholarship for high-achieving international students commencing an eligible UOW Master's coursework degree at an Australian campus.
Eligibility
- International student
- commencing an eligible UOW Master's coursework degree at an Australian campus
- AQF-comparable Bachelor's or Master's qualification with at least 85% overall or equivalent
- course is not on the published exclusion list
- not receiving another scholarship, sponsorship, bursary or discount for the same course, excluding stipend scholarships
- maintains cumulative WAM 50
- transfer students and Graduate Certificate + Master or Bachelor + Master packages are ineligible

University of Wollongong Alumni Scholarship
Open for 2027A postgraduate tuition-fee waiver for eligible UOW graduates returning to undertake a full-fee-paying postgraduate coursework degree.
Eligibility
- Completed a Bachelor's degree at any UOW campus, overseas campus or teaching site
- commencing a full-fee-paying postgraduate coursework degree at UOW in 2027
- maintains a credit average of at least 65 throughout the course
- students in Commonwealth Supported Places are ineligible

UOW Offshore Transfer Discount

- Transfers from UOW Dubai, UOW College Hong Kong, UOW India, UOW Malaysia, Central China Normal University, Singapore Institute of Management or Zhengzhou University while studying a UOW award

- gap of no more than 12 months between offshore and Australian enrolment
- course is not on the published exclusion list
