- Citizen of a World Bank-classified low- or middle-income country
- bachelor's degree in medicine, public health, microbiology, epidemiology or related field

Commonwealth Scholarship
University ScholarshipThe Commonwealth Scholarship is awarded to outstanding graduate students from Commonwealth countries for research leading to a higher degree at the University. This Scholarship is for new, incoming students who are not Singapore citizens or permanent residents. The Scholarship consists of a monthly stipend plus a tuition fee subsidy. A number of students are selected each semester by the University for the award.

ME (Master of Economics) Scholarship
University ScholarshipThe ME scholarships will be allocated as follows: three to Singapore citizens or PRs, three to applicants from ASEAN countries (excluding Singapore) and three to other applicants. Each scholarship includes a full tuition fee waiver and a stipend of $6,000 per semester for two semesters. If deemed necessary, partial scholarship will be awarded. - Specific to the Master of Economics (ME) programme
Eligibility
- NUS Honours degree (2nd Class or above) or equivalent (avg. grade B) in Economics or related field (finance, accounting, maths, stats, physics, engineering, operations research), OR Bachelor's degree (avg. grade B) plus placement interview
- TOEFL iBT 85 (Writing >=22) / TOEFL CBT 237 / IELTS 6
- must maintain minimum GPA 3.00 each semester
- 3 of 9 awards reserved for non-ASEAN/non-Singapore applicants

NUS BAC Global Scholarship
University ScholarshipA merit-based scholarship for outstanding international students pursuing the NUS MSc in Business Analytics, recognising academic excellence, professional achievements, and leadership potential. - Specific to the MSc in Business Analytics (MSBA)
Eligibility
- Merit-based on academic excellence, professional achievements, and leadership potential
- cannot be combined with other scholarships, rebates, grants, corporate sponsorships, or financial awards
- tenable only for normal candidature period (1 year full-time / 2 years part-time)
- may not hold another award without NUS BAC approval
- may be withdrawn for disciplinary action, unsatisfactory progress, programme termination, prolonged leave, misconduct, or breach of conditions
